Your Profile:
• Interest in IT field
• Knowledge of the Windows environment to help end users
• Knowledge of the functionalities of corporate applications such as Outlook, Office, OneDrive
• Knowledge of the basic issues of tcp / ip
• Accessories orientation
• Ability to diagnose basic hardware problems
• Ability to connect, replace and identify wiring faults
• Good English language skills (at least B2 level)
• Ability to build a good working relationship within the Team
• Ability to work 30-40 hours a week

Currently we are looking for: Intern – IT Support

Role purpose:
IT Intern will have daily contact with modern IT technologies and people across DFDS all over the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping DFDS workers with their daily problems related to IT, preparing endpoints (notebooks, work desk) for our workers, be a part of handover equipment process and inventory the equipment, dealing with basic diagnostic to hardware and software problems. Strong attention to details, analytical mindset, friendly approach towards colleagues, as well as customer-drive orientation are key expectations for the role.
